As we laughed;sang; and talked we could all be happy with one another celebrating another year that we had our grandmother, currently the oldest living family member on her side of the family, 72 is a great age and when we brought the cake out for her and we sang happy birthday she said, "sweety I not 72, I'm 27." We all laughed and commended her for her hard work to keep herself healthy and how she had managed to make it to 72.
As we talked the night away speaking of adventures, school, and family members that were unfortunately unable to make it my grandmother said to all of us, "you all here are the people that truly care about me, you care enought to see your grandmother on her special day, and you won't let anyone or anything stand in your way, whether you were busy or taking care of thing, or even just getting home, you decided to come celebrate with me and I appreciate it most definitely." I was happy when she said that because family was everything and it was important to see her smile.
I realize now that life is a game and you have to play right with the right team and if not than you may not win but regardless you have to at least prove that your a team player and what I mean by that is that when you show love to the people that care about you, then they will know exactly what your plan is what your mindset is for the future and it will be great.
